Sometimes a diagnosis is a blessing - especially if you are going through the process of trying to find out why after at least a year of trying you are not getting pregnant. 
'They can't find anything wrong with either of us. I don't understand why we aren't getting pregnant. Is it stress?'
Does this sound familiar? You wouldn't be alone. Around 1 in 5 of couples in the UK have been told that they have  unexplained infertility.
Now that the diagnosis is 'unexplained infertility' Where do you go from here? Well, you can ask for further tests as the article from Fertility Network explains, you can connect with others who are going through similar issues or you can talk with a specialised Fertility counsellor. 
I often find that 'the doing of something' really helps couples feel as though they have a little control in a process that can seem overwhelming.
